The service

a11y-scan runs automated accessibility checks on websites you own or are authorized to test, and provides reports for documented good-faith accessibility monitoring.

No legal advice, no guarantee

Reports are informational. They aren't legal advice and don't certify or guarantee compliance with the ADA, WCAG, or any other law or standard. Automated tools detect only some barriers.

Acceptable use

Only scan sites you're authorized to test. Don't use the service to overload, attack, or access systems without permission. Login sessions you provide must belong to accounts you're allowed to use.

Billing

Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled in the billing portal. [REFUND POLICY].

Not legal or compliance advice

a11y-scan is an automated tool. It finds some, but not all, accessibility issues. Results, scores and reports are not a legal opinion, a professional audit, or a certification of compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG), Puerto Rico Ley 44, or any other law or standard. You are solely responsible for the accessibility of your websites and for your compliance with applicable law.

Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Saga Dog Corp disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will detect every accessibility issue.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Saga Dog Corp will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, legal fees, settlements, or third-party claims or demand letters, arising out of or related to the service. Saga Dog Corp’s total liability for all claims relating to the service is limited to the greater of the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose or US $100.

Indemnification

You will defend, indemnify and hold harmless Saga Dog Corp from any claims, damages, losses and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your websites, your content, your use of the service, or your breach of these terms.

Exceptions

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty disclaimers or limitations of liability, so some of the limits above may not apply to you. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud or any liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
